Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is there a waitlist for my child to be admitted?
    – Once a classroom reaches its maximum capacity, a waitlist is created to ensure a fair and organized enrollment process.
  2. What types of meals are served?
    – We closely monitor children’s allergy histories and avoid serving pork, beef, nuts, and other common allergens. A current menu is available at the front desk for your review.
  3. Can my child bring food from home?
    – Children are encouraged to eat the prepared meals provided by the school. However, accommodations can be made for students with specific dietary restrictions.
  4. What happens if I cannot make tuition payments?
    – We understand that circumstances can vary. Flexible payment arrangements may be made based on individual situations — please contact the office to discuss options.
  5. What happens during a typical school day?
    – Each classroom follows a structured schedule designed to promote learning and development, including activities that build fine and gross motor skills. Outdoor play and nap times are also included daily.
  6. What if I can’t pick up my child?
    – Children may only be released to authorized persons listed on the intake form with proper identification. If a non-listed person is picking up, a telephone request and two forms of identification are required before the child can be released.

    – Consistently late pick-ups may incur a late fee, as outlined in our policies.
  8. Can I celebrate my child’s birthday at school?
